Processing Time

Every item is made to order — nothing ships from stock. Processing time is typically 2-5 weeks from when your order is placed, depending on the item and how detailed the personalization is. This time is separate from shipping transit time (below).

When you add an item to your cart, you'll be asked to check a box confirming that you've read and understand the current turnaround time before you can complete checkout.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order, using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You'll see the exact rate and estimated transit time before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Holidays, high order volume, and weather can occasionally extend processing or transit time beyond the estimates above. We'll do our best to keep you updated if your order is running behind.
