These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flourish Embroidery website and any purchase you make through it. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here at the time of your visit or order applies.
Orders, Pricing & Products
We try to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If we find a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding and you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, an error in pricing or availability, or a personalization request we're unable to complete.
Because most items are made to order and personalized to your specifications, order changes, returns, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy — please review it before ordering.
Intellectual Property
All site content — photos, product designs, embroidery artwork, text, and the Flourish Embroidery name and logo — belongs to Flourish Embroidery unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Prohibited Uses
When using our site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or to defraud us or others
- Submit personalization text that is offensive, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site or its content
- Interfere with the site's security or normal operation
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our site and products are provided "as is." We do our best to describe items accurately, including natural variation in handmade and embroidered goods, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flourish Embroidery's liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. Updates take effect as soon as they're posted here, so please check back periodically.
